İ have ATmega32u4. I make a atmega32u4 board for my project. On the Atmel studio when i push the reset button recognize my chip and i can flash  my project to the chip via DFU. Than flash when i cover usb cable and re-plug it chip is run my program. When i push the reset button recognize it, but i cant debug my chip.
What will i do ?
Thx Masters

From page 1 of Datasheet:

• JTAG (IEEE std. 1149.1 compliant) Interface
– Boundary-scan Capabilities According to the JTAG Standard
– Extensive On-chip Debug Support
– Programming of Flash, EEPROM, Fuses, and Lock Bits through the JTAG Interface

So you will need a JTAG capable debugger/programmer, such as an ATMEL ICE, or Dragon, possibly a Microchip PICKIT 4 or SNAP.

Or sprinkle your code with debug print or port pin wiggle code.

How have you debugged other micro's you have worked with?

Here is all I know of DFU:

It only talks about reading/writing flash and eeprom, no debug info as it is just a bootloader.
