When i tried to do an ASF update on an existing project i discovered that AS6 is missing either a file compare utility or the appropriate setting for it in it's options ASF settings.
A have modified some ASF source files(i had to, bugs  . btw, it missed some of the changed files :( ) and the ASF update wizard asked if he could overwrite them. Well, what choice do you have? No problem, SVN is your friend. 8) Then the process came to a sudden stop when it missed the "options->ASF->File compare" setting.
While it's generally not problem to solve that(i entered the path to the SVN merge utility, windows comp may work as well), it would be nice if Atmel could fix it for a later release. As far as i can see, file compare is used for AS6 internal usage only, no reason to have it user configurable at all. Studio should just bring what it needs and use it.
