I have never heard it called anything but Horowitz and Hill.  Never by title.  Same with Morse and Feshbach.  I have a first edition of H & H.

Sighted in our office, delivered this morning. One of our colleagues found it for 25 quid, but it had gone up by the time we looked for it.

Adafruit.com is listing it for sale right now (02/23/2020).
