which one best for Aref(pin 32) is tied to Vcc or Cap.100nF

Cap at AREF is more flexible in that all voltage reference selection except "AREF, Internal Vref turned off" can be used. Since VCC is your reference voltage in option 2 there is no real disadvantage.

Internal reference is brought out to AREF pin so you can hang a cap on it... so your a/d readings will be solid even as the VCC sags due to battery use, power supply ripple, etc.
