Are there any "Arduinos" with on-board GSM/GPRS - ie, on the board with the processor and not adding it as a separate shield?

Yes, I know there are plenty of add-on shields - but I'm looking for something with the GPRS integral on the "Arduino" base board.

In the mbed world, there is this (it does also include GPS and Ethernet, but that's not important):

Is there an equivalent in the Arduino world?
