It appears that some of the links in the help pages refer to version 5 rather than 5.1. You don't notice this until you remove 5.0 (and its help content). All the links I have tested in the left-side navigation frames work OK. The broken links always appear in the main content frame.

Two links are below; note the difference in the productVersion parameter between the two:

This one works:

Per Atmel Tech Support, the version number is hard-coded in the script that generates the Help files and...

Hi GTKNarwal, all
Some more gory details & a question for you ;):
For as5 and unfortunately 5.1 and now 6 we used comments embedded by doxygen generation to generate the links in the format that studio needs in order to integrate the content. Sadly an upgrade of doxygen broke this. This give us a problem with respect to the road ahead. We're looking into fixing this properly now, but some one feels that the ASF user doc with AS5/AS6 is redundant, since we have the online version of ASF doc. How much do you use the F1 connection to the ASF-user-doc? and how important is it for you that the doc is available off-line.

Thanks
-Ole

Consider someone using their laptop on a plane ;-)

(OK I remember being on an El Al flight to Jerusalem that actually had wi-fi but that was very much the exception!)
