I've got an existing product using the UC3A364, but I just had a request for a revision that has encryption capabilities. I'm looking at the UC3A364S, which has an AES module built in, as that seems like it would be the easiest, but I can't figure out if it's a drop in replacement or not. From the datasheet, it looks like it should be the same physical characteristics, but can anyone confirm this?

Also, does anyone have any experience working with the AES enabled UC3 devices? Any comments on how they work?
