hello have anybady yousted a 240*320 LCD with bascom and can i get the code so i can make a mobile terminal
with atxmega128A1.

Unless it's an "intelligent" module with it's own display controller and local frame buffer SRAM you would have a challenge to interface such a panel to an AVR. Consider if it were using 16 bit color (5:6:5) that is 2 bytes per pixel so you need a buffer that is 320x240x2 = 153,600 bytes. While you can add that kind of quantity to an AVR it's tricky as it must be bank switched.

Have a look at a site like sparkfun.com - their display section shows the typical kind of displays that are often attached to 8 bit MCUs. Many of those are the display modules from mobile phones which ARE "intelligent" and do have local display controller and frame buffer RAM so the micro just interfaces by a simple mechanism such as SPI.

i does only want a black and white lcd so that does only becume 9600 bytes.
the problem is that i need to do a own lcd interface.
and with 16BK it isn't a problem.

forget this i did just check the price 86€ + cargo not the cheapest thing so i am gonna buy a 128x240 lcd for 33€
insted and that dont need a own softwere in bascom.
