My AGNDs are not connected anywhere and I need to connect them together. hopefully they are all Vias and I can connect them with wire but the board will be very noisy.
Does anyone had the same problem before or any idea what to do to make it work better as it cost a lot if I wanna order another board.

What chip? What package? Obviously QFN would be hard, PTH easy, QFP in between. You can just try it with wires and see what happens I guess. Tie AGND(s) back to one point? I dunno. What kind of frequency range/bandwidth are you targeting? Can solder in caps or add lo pass filter in software...

Sane practice should be connecting all these grounds at one point as near as possible to power supply terminal. That's the best point for connecting an external shield if present. So called star layout. Ideally AVcc shall be routed the same way.
