I'm at wits end trying to find a vendor for an off-the-shelf outdoor equipment enclosure like this one only smaller (~6"x5" or anything close). No need for NEMA or UL ratings just a plastic molded thing.

Any suppliers you guys have experience with?

Thanks in advance.

Wow. Thanks for the link to polycase. They have just what I wanted.

Great link and they have a very wide selection at very reasonable prices. I just ordered several.

Thanks again!

Yea, I'm liking several polycase products.

See if you can find a small (say 100mm x 50mm x 25mm) IP67 enclosure with a door (sealed when shut) that you could use to insert/remove a microSD card........ If you can, congratulations, you're way better than me! ;-)

And you want to be able to insert the card while underwater?

New Age Enclosures, Water Resistant
are close but no hinged door; microSD socket likely near PCB center.
If not much data could add a wireless function.

I think actually changing the SDcard whilst submerged might be a step too far! But I would like an enclosure for a datalogger that was IP67 sealed when the door was done up, but that made it easy for users to just "swap in a new card" at any point (other than whilst submerged ;-)

The closest thing i have seen is a Racelogic custom ally enclosure that has such a door:

But that kind of thing is going to be a bit expensive for my project i think ;-(
