I'm looking for information about positioning in a big market. Something like GPS but only in a building or in an area of 1km * 1km. The tolerance can be as small as 18 cm. I'm thinkful for any information.

Despite your smiley in your post I read it as threatening. That's not what the forum needs. Why not share your knowledge by providing details of the patents such as the numbers or direct links to websites where they are published? A patent is after all a bargain whereby you disclose the knowledge in return for protection.
What are your requirements? What technologies are envisaged? Radio, ultrasonics, light? What object are you trying to locate?
There are lots of methods.
I have read some news about using Zigbee or UWB as means to position, but more details are needed. Does anyone have more information about it? Especially if some componies have some concepts or products. The accurary shall be less than 50cm.

I think Ekahau has the best heuristics-based indoor positioning. This kind of application is 1/3 RF and 2/3 algorithm... because getting the Z-axis correct is so very difficult RF-wise, and people are intolerant of saying the wrong floor number.
The public safety (fire) communities have some good techniques for indoor tracking (with VHF radios).
The ISO standard for RTLS (real time location systems) is part of that 1/3 RFI. The heuristics come from software that matches movement to a wire-frame notion of the building and where elevators and stairwells are- to augment an algorithm that attempts to estimate floor # based on historical movements.
Bare/raw RF TDOA won't work. Too much uncertainty on the Z axis. And too much multipath.
A cheap-foolproof way, for a cooperative landlord, is to put transmitting electronic signposts around the building and combine this with RTLS.
