Hi!

Is there any hex to svf converter for ATxmega128A1?
Im looking for it on Atmel web site, but I dont found anything.

I think the OP is referring to the Serial Vector Format file. These are designed for ATE boxes to do scan chain programming over JTAG.

Yes, Im looking for Serial Vector Format (SVF) converter for xmegas.
I know the older svf converters, as U linked above. But this link using mega series olny, xmegas unsupported.

There is a devices.cfg in that you can edit.

I did it, but dont works.
Device Id read has fail. I think mega128 and xmega128 JTAG TAP are very diffrent inside.

So I didnt find any hex-svf converter for xmega A series.
I wrote a little utility (win consol):

Supported ATxmega128A1 only.

To do:
- eeprom read/verify
- lock bits read/verify
- TCK period handler
- all chip erase
