Hi,

I changed a fuse setting on my ATMega32 and now I cannot reprogram. I tried all of the fixes I have seen on this site. I was using an external xtal and tried going back to the onboard oscillator but it will not accept any changes. This is not the first time this has happened and I have retired chips because they fell into this "hole" and I could not get them out. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Kip

Hi,

You've tried the external oscillator on the XTAL1 pin trick? Was it a high enouhg frequency?
