Hi there,

most of my projects require to be updatable, therefore they have a bootloader which is programmed via an ISP or JTAG adapter and the main program is uploaded via serial connection lateron. Isn't it possible to create a kind of image containing both bootloader and main program and program it into the right place so that only one step is needed for the start?
Thanks for any comment,
Mat

The bootloader tutorial ( https://www.avrfreaks.net/index.p... ) contains a section named "How do I program both the application and the bootloader?"

As of January 15, 2018, Site fix-up work has begun! Now do your part and report any bugs or deficiencies here

No guarantees, but if we don't report problems they won't get much of  a chance to be fixed! Details/discussions at link given just above.
