I think that they only supply to the USA and Canada. I've emailed Arrow UK about prices from them.
That special has been on for more than 6 months. The Dragon ALSO works with the Xmega family.

* A $10 handling charge will be added to each line item less than $30.00
* International orders will be charged a handling and energy fee of $10.22 per shipment.
There is of course no handling fee for US orders, and a $0.99 "energy fee" for US orders.
They have expensive international shipping rates http://www.arrownac.com/help/int...
And you will be individually vetted:
* After your order has been received and your form has been submitted, you will receive an email from the export division, invoicing and either accepting or declining your order.
Clearly Arrow NAC doesn't want international orders. Years ago I had some very bad experience with Arrow's local subsidiary. Recently seeing how Arrow NAC treats international orders makes me stay away from Arrow, locally and "North America". Like father, like son.

Ummm--doncha think that Arrow NAC-- North America -- would cater to that market, and may not even be set up or allowed to fill orders outside of that "territory"?
Heck, I just ordered a 'scope from a distributor "on sale" and no other distributors had the same deal. They may or may not have made a deal with the manufacturer.
The same could well be true here. Arrow NAC may have a deal, or may have excess inventory, or whatever. So you go around as js suggested, or try to find the same deal anywhere. I can't necessarily denigrating an outfit for not taking orders from outside assigned "territory". Arrrow is world-wide and a particular division may not have facilities or even be allowed to ship elsewhere.
I used to buy a lot of stuff from Arrow. Needed to sign some declaration every 1 or 2 years that I wasn't going to resell the stuff to Osama :? or anyone else.
Then something changed and the website will no longer accept my orders even though my account is "active". (the site knows me)
The export department seems impossible to deal with so Digikey is the winner and now also Mouser as they have a deal with X-on in Australia and I can get good prices and, at times, no additional shipping costs.

I have no problem with an outfit telling me upfront "no sale". I have a problem with an outfit like Arrow NAC that claims to deal internationally, but then creatively pile up junk fees onto international orders.

I couldn't see any way to register with an address outside NAC. I suppose I could have emailed them about the problem, but it would be easier (and cheaper) to get a friend of mine in the USA to order stuff for me, as has been suggested.
