who has used this product? i want to buy one,which one is better? give me some advice.
MKII is dearer than clone.If you do a simple application clone is enough.
Well, the MkII is official, the clones are (hopefully) schematic level copies using the Atmel firmware (which isn't licensed). Take your pick.

Given that the AVRISP MkII is < US$40 at digikey.com, it's worthwhile buying the genuine article.
ie. forget the clone
With a clone I guesss you have no warrenty if atmel suddenly changes their software. Support is always worth paying for when it comes to HW. But I have nevert tried a mkII clone.
