I am using avr studio4 IDE and am using its simulator.I have enabled the INT1 and global interrupt. When the INT1 pin L to H transition is sensed, the program jumps to TIM2OVF vector instead of INT1 vector in simulator. However in real ckt it works ok.Has anyone experienced this before please?...karkare

Which AVR did you build for? Which AVR are you simulating?

Have you tried to remove the code optimization in the project options?

Which doesn't answer the questions. What have you told the compiler you are using, and what have you told the simulator you are using (they are two separate things)?
