I was planning to use an LM75 for a temperature sensor for a weather station until I read the datasheet and found that its accuracy is only +/- 2C.

Is there another sensor I can use that's accurate to +/- 0.5C in the temperature range -10C to 50C?

Thanks. I'll get a sample and give that part a shot.

Know of anything with this kind of accuracy with an I2C interface?

I entered 'temperature' in the search box on the products page at maxim-ic, and there were 10 pages with a couple dozen devices per page. If you dont like any of those, do the same search at national and analog devices.

I like the DS18B20 as well.

But if you like analog interfaces perhaps something like:
LM34CZ 10mV/deg. F
LM35CZ 10mV/deg. C
