Hi
i want ot interface an avr to ethernet, exactly i want to read for example lm35 temp, and then put it on ethernet how can i do it???

Given the LM35 is a 4 volt minimum supply device and the ENC28J60 is a 3.6 volt maximum device, would suggest you are using a 5 volt Vcc for the AVR and a 3.3 volt Vcc for the ENC28J60. This schematic has the 5 volt to 3.3 volt Vcc level translation circuits:

You might want to look at the LM50 instead of the LM35. Using the AVR ADC 2.56 v reference you should be able to divide the result by 4 (a simple shift operation) and subtract 50 decimal to get the direct Celsius value in 1/4 degree steps. Adding back 1/4 to fractional part of the result should correct for round off. I have not tried it yet, but is looks like it should work.

There is a wiznet ethernet chip, it's communicate with AVR by SPI and has the stacks for the ethernet comunication..
There are other chips similar than this one.. Microchip has too..
