Debugging with JTAGICEmkII looks quite promising. Should be somewhat applicable to Dragon users, too, I'd guess.

Hey neat! Steinar Haugen's in this one -- he's the nice engineer who gave me the prerelease DB101 board. Now I've seen the face behind the business card!

EDIT: Whoops, he's in the one before it, about the smart battery technology. I've haven't had a chance to download either of the two new episodes until today. Still neat.

A nice intro to debugging in this episode. Now, what would be a more logical follow-up than offering heavily discounted JTAGICEmkII's to freak members and those watching AVRTV?

Watching it now. Very timely. Ironically, I did things in this order: 1) bring up avarice/JTAGICE MKII to debug a custom surface mount board, including adding patches to avarice to support a new device, 2) use avarice on a through-hole design, 3) use STK500 in ISP mode, and now I'm ready to try avarice/JTAGICEmkII with the STK500. There is nothing like doing the hard stuff first to get an appreciation of what a good value the STK500 really is :) Just call me "Backwards Dave"

Atmel has done a good job with AVR TV. I've always found the videos worth watching.

Good to see a lot of AVR TV activity lately. Anxious to watch this when I get home from school.
