Do they come in both leaded and SMD packages?

For some reason it seemed weeks since I read that news bit myself... but it was probably in the Nature that I read it too... O well

Hmmm if you read the article, they don't "come" in any package, because the only package available is a single hybrid unit sitting in HP's labs.

Even if you had one, what would you do with it? ;)
