Hi all,

I've loaded the new AVR32 Studio 2.0 (on Win XP) and I'm getting to grips with it - but I noticed in the release notes that the use of the Cygwin shell is discouraged and MinGW should be used. Am I right in thinking you still require Cygwin for using buildroot? Looking at the MinGW website it says to use Cygwin for the shell.

Buildroot does not work in cygwin, use a proper Linux distribution :)

Looks like I will have to split dev between XP and Ubuntu :)

When's AVR32 Studio 2.0 coming out for Linux?
