Non-Atmel Development Boards for ATmega1280/2560

What are some examples of good, quality, non-Atmel development boards created for the ATmega1280/2560 microcontrollers? What is your take of the boards out there and what features are missing?

I don't always look for the smallest boards on the market, because I like to have it built with quality parts -- good level shifters, more precise voltage regulators, on board LEDs and switches, and perhaps a small sensors or two. Of course, I like the boards to be small, but I'd sacrifice size for added features. What are your opinions?

You may be hard pushed to find many dev boards based on those fairly recent chips just yet, though, having said that, the extraordinarily sexy looking BigAVR has plug in cards for both 1280 and 2560:
