I've done some searching but I'm not coming up with any good results. Does anyone have any experience with or know of any good pH meter ICs? Or even better, how to make one? =]

I knew a guy I bowled with years ago who bred angelfish. He had a really cool Ph meter that was no more than a fancy voltmeter and a simple waterproof probe.

I googled it and found it:

It is under the replacement probe section
