I'm not able to find the Datasheet and PCB Model/Footprint for ATMEGA128-16AU small version(9mm x 9mm) TQFP64.
Can anyone confirm that the datasheet is the same as for the large version 64A - 14mm x 14mm ?
How to find the PCB Model / Footprint for it(small) EasyEda or KiCad?

Here is QFN (9mm x 9mm) for KiCad. Please double check, I got this from microchip site.

The small version is a QFN, not a TQFP package, so would be the -16MU part number.

The datasheet package 64M1 page 368 DS 06/11 or the latest DS page 470 09/2015

The TQFP64 is 14mm x 14mm and QFN is 9mm x 9mm. You are looking at it wrong.

Here is what is mentioned in datasheet for ATMEGA128-16AU

I was misled by the label on the chip - ATMEGA128-16AU, should it have been labeled with ATMEGA128-16MU ?
