I have been using freeRTOS from the freeRTOS.org website, i.e., i downloaded the file and deleted files which i dont need and added the folder into my project. its working fine for what i have been doing.
I just realised that Atmel also provides the freeRTOS in the ASF wizard as a mini real time kernel, and seems to compile properly with no extra steps to do after it has been added.
My question was that is there any difference between the two? or less functionality between the two? because i saw that the freeRTOS from the ASF wizard had a few less files.
i am currently using it on the SAM4E-EK board.
