Hi all

Seems like a simple search, but everything I find is from back before Microchip took over and all the links are broken. Can anyone point me towards some bootload source code? I'm using ATmega1284P and will be USART based. Don't mind what style it is as long as it has a matching PC programmer.

Prefer assembly code, but C will be ok too.

I'd go with something from Arduino if I were you - that way you are guaranteed support and maintenance.

The "MightyCore" for Arudino has 1284P support - I assume that includes a bootloader for it.

EDIT: yup, this page mentions support for 1284P... https://github.com/MCUdude/Might...

Thanks heaps. Looks perfect. I don't have hardware yet but I feel confident designing with that chip now.
