Where can I buy this Anti-Static IC tube?

I am looking for some extra Anti-Static IC tubes for storing some SOIC chips. Does anyone know where I can buy these?

 

I did receive one when I purchased some ATAES132a's a while back. They look like this:

 

Specs:

 

8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width)

Plastic Gull Wing Small Outline (JEDEC SOIC)

They don't appear cheap from some vendors...guess I've been throwing away big bucks...here is one low cost example (they have many styles)

I always have more of these than I need... but I don't throw them away, I know they will be useful someday :P

 

Anyway, here is a manufacturer, there are probably many others: https://www.beepackaging.com/ant... maybe you can send them an e-mail and ask where you can buy small quantities?

Please take a look at www.sewate.com, they are supplier to provide ESD protective system for IC's Component.

No small (or even large) electronics manufacturers nearby ?

Just ask them nicely for a bunch. Failing that - raid their recycling bins at night.

I have a large drawer full of them myself - although they're mostly for DIPs and sockets, there's some SOIC in there.  Occasionally they get used, if I have to ship around some pre-programmed chips or something.

 

Don't forget to pick up some plugs - the snap-in pins are more secure, but harder to get in and out.  S.
