Hello,

i am looking for a manual pick/place machine for under or around 1000€, preferably sold in EU. Only one i found that looks nice at this price range is Expick form Abacom. But it is only sold from Canada and shipping to EU is half the price of machine.

Anything similar would be nice (i will attach aftermarket camera with display later).

c. $3000 https://www.sparkfun.com/news/2586. Interesting article and useful links for budget p&p.

Otherwise, EUR1000 (plus your setup time/costs) buys a lot of boards assembled for you in China.

When you use the vacuum tools. it takes the component when you pick over and release when you push on the board.

but I do not use the black box because the component is never flat or right side. use cut tape, glued on the side.

it is helpful but takes a long time to assemble one board.

I see the dartboard in the background - essential for making difficult decisions!

Yeah - Even my manual machine would have spotted that one.
