ATSAMD21 - wrong pins for I2C on PCB layout

Hello

 

I'm not familiar with SAMD21G18A but I've got a project to finish. I've got a prototype with mismatched SDA-SCL pins. The correct wiring is:

  • PA09 - SCL
  • PA08 - SDA

 

Is there any way to fix it using software? There's a lot of pin multiplexing stuff in all there SERCOMS but I have no idea. It's my first projekt with SAM.

What a shame... So I need to port my old soft-I2C library I made for ATtiny2313 over 10 years ago :)
