Hello! does anybody know where to find the latest GCC for Windows? Thanks!
AVR-GCC 9.2.0 for Windows 32 and 64 bit – Zak's Electronics Blog ~*
MinGW or MSYS2
Prebuilt GNU toolchain for mingw64
https://github.com/msys2/MSYS2-packages/blob/master/gcc/PKGBUILD#L10 (currently 9.1.0)
"Dare to be naïve." - Buckminster Fuller
Thank you! what option you are currently using? (btw: Zak's 9.2.0 build is not working and he knows about it)
AVR? Microchip (IIRC from FSF AVR GCC 5.4, mulling on MPLAB XC8 v2 for AVR)
AMD64? none yet though would likely prefer Visual Studio on Windows; earlier work and effort was GCC on Linux
Thanks for the heads up on Zak's build.
Nearly forgot about the 20y ago work and effort ... GCC on Windows (Pentium) and cross GCC (486)
on second thought, the 20y ago went well so would consider its follow-on for proof-of-concept and possibly first prototype
Downloads - AdaCore
though the Visual Studio ecosystem is huge.
An example with Visual Studio as an alternative IDE to the one in the previous URL (AdaCore GPS, iow GNAT Studio)
Visual Ada - Visual Studio Marketplace
GitHub - AdaCore/gps: GNAT Studio is a powerful and lightweight IDE for Ada and SPARK.
For bleeding-edge how about the one with long_double
If new to this stuff, I would use the one from Microchip.

thank you, will try MobileChessBoard builds.
