Help to Identify SMD SOT23-5 Marking Code

Hello Guys

I am trying to identify an SOT23-5 Package IC. Its installed on a Voltage Monitoring Interface PCB. It has following 3 marking codes in 3 different PCBs but with same working in every manner. Please help Identifying

Marking Codes: (Pictures Attached)
AAMF
AA5P
AA81

I this the considerable part is first 2 Letter ie "AA" otherwise the complete marking code would have been same in all PCBs. The remaining 2 letters are some sort of date or lot code.

Please help guys

Are you reverse engineering ?

Very often device datasheets will include a Device Marking Table. There is no standard, it seems each manufacturer chooses something at random. sad

Thanks for the reply. I have done extensive research so far for this component keeping following thing in view

1. PCB has "Voltage Monitoring Interface printed on it so this component could be a Voltage detector or Voltage supervisory circuit. Moreover I have tested this PCB in the equipment and came to that it has some threshold voltage level involved with some sort of timeout period also.

2. All 3 marking codes have fist 2 letters "AA" in common so this AA should be the identification code and rest 2 numbers are date or lot code.

3. Its a SOT23-5 Package so I have looked for codes with sot23-5 package

Now according to my work done so far. It seems it is a Microcontroller Supervisory Circuit with a threshold voltage level and reset options. But still not sure

Please help

Yes I do reverse jobs often. You are right about it that there is no standard still if you get any clue please share

Here is a strange idea...if you can take one of the chips and tear off the top plastic to look at the die, you might see something under the microscope (this is not likely, and not worth it if not easy for you to try)...maybe you are desperate!

For example here is a 741 opamp

You know I am a kind of guy who likes such reverse jobs like this a lot You are suggesting de-capping and I would love to do that but unfortunately I don't have such setup to do it. I like your suggestion buddy. Thanks for taking time to attach that photo example for me. I loved it 😊

 I don't have such setup to do it. 

Sometimes you can just take a pair of wirecutters & snip off the top plastic & see the chip....you can see the little electron people walking around
