The fuse bit in Atmel Studio LOW.CKDIV8 is programmed in order to divide the internal frequency by 8.

If programmed, LOW.CKDIV8=0, so if it is checked does it mean it doesn't divide the internal frequency by 8 & it is disabled?

This topic has a solution.

First Fail & then succeed, this is what Engineering teach me.

No, a check mark in the checkbox means that the DIV8 is enabled and the clock is divided by 8.
