Hay Ho,

I am looking at using an Arduino Mega2560 R3 unit for a one off project as I need two USARTS.  Issue is that I need a case that can accommodate the Arduino AND a single shield that will have a few interface IC's and support components.

I can get triple high UNO cases, but there does not seem to be a selection of M2560 cases.

I found this on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/produc...

But its only for the Arduino itself.  They provided slots on top to connect a shield, but I need the shield INSIDE the case.

Any suggestions?

I have no experience with this company, so YMMV, hope it's what your looking for.

Know anyone with a 3D printer? That may be another option.

A recent arrival at a city library branch (approx 15 minutes walk)

IIRC, city library central has a makerspace.

Similar for the Denton Texas libraries.

May be quicker to cut and drill plastic plate then bond, glue, or epoxy.

This has a prototyping area though it's SAM D21 instead of mega2560 :

I thought about the 3D but some more looking on Amathing came up with this:

Ordered two.  Will report back with my findings

Solarbotics are good folk...

(supposed to have downloadable design files, so presumably you could customize the end plates for size and different connectors.)

MAy have found two.  the one on Amazon I already ordered, and the one Westfw suggested.
