I have experience in ARM, I am a newbie to AVR32 UC3 device. My application use this device. I am planning to learn all the drivers and planning to create sample applications using driver.

Can any one plz help on this. Anyone has any programming related materials for AVR32. It would be great help for me

Because AVR32/UC3 are being phased out we don't see many users here. I wonder what would make you choose the chip over Cortex-M anyway?

What sort of "ARM" - ARM7/9? Cortex-A? Cortex-M?

AVR32 was never very widely used or supported and, as clawson said, is now "end-of-life" - so that is not going to get any better!

Some UC3L are EOL along with the audio UC3 (licensed codecs); the remainder of UC3 is legacy.

UC3 is Legacy | AVR Freaks

note that the most recent of those is dated early 2017 - so none of this is breaking news !

Relative to PCN, most of the '19 PCN for UC3 are for 'additional assembly site' with one new assembly site (previous assembly site was discontinued)
