VI Editor In Atmel Studio 7?

Anyone have any luck using a VI editor (Vim for example) in Atmel Studio 7?  I've installed VsVim, but it appears to not work with Atmel Studio 7.  When Googling about this, all I find are very old instructions on how to install ViEmu in Atmel Studio 6.  It appears ViEmu will not install in Atmel Studio 7.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am must less efficient when writing code w/out VI.

Bump :)  ...Guessing silence means "no VI in Atmel Studio 7"?
