Hi,

I have done some coding for development board and when I try to use the same for processor by maintaining the pin configuration am not able to dump the code.I know this may sound silly , am a beginner in Atmel platform.

    Thanks in advance.

There might be millions of reasons. Help us narrow it down a bit by providing some useful information - we can’t look over your shoulder to see what you’re talking about.

My query is I have developed some codes and used it in arduino due board. Now I have some PCB which has microcontroller in built in it.I have a multichannel ADC code which was earlier used in development board and when I try to use the same for PCB which has processor in built in it. I am not getting output. I am communicating via  wired communication and I have checked the pin configuration of UART RX,TX and ADC channel pins and made sure the pin configurations are retained .

Is there any bootloading required as am using the PCB board with processor for the first time?

How did you get your code into the processor on the new board?

Did you copy the due schematic? Same crystal etc? Have you religiously followed the datasheet requirements regarding bypass caps and have a good pcb layout? These are extremely critical.

Ya the same schematic has been copied and used . Similar board with the same schematic was made earlier and it works fine. In this board also ,I have tried some basic codes like LED toggle and it works fine.
