While browsing Ali Express I stumbled on a board which is sold as being an "arduino nano" but with a chip marked as
WAVGAT AVGA328P AU 1738
"AU 1738" is a bit of a guess because of the limit of resolution from the picture.
I am somewhat curious to the legality and what other AVRfreaks think about these boards, but I have no real interest in trying to shave another 10ct of already redicilous cheap boards.

Those 10ct are pretty much irrelevant to me. I find it more annoying that I have to take care to avoid such stuff because I have no intenion on spending time to investigate if these boards will even work (they probably do) or much worse: have some slight incompatibilities that may cost a week in debugging time.
There is also a clone of the ST32F103C0T6, which starts with type number GD32.
