Does anybody know, when the atmega3208 will be officially released in the market?Right now,it is showing 'Status: Samples Available' at their website. It is much more feature enriched than the atmega328 with the same pin count(although, not pin compatible).Excited to use...

But I would say a LOT different, so don't just rely on what you know about the M328.

I'd rather say 'forget about 328' :) it's completely new architecture, more similar to XMEGA rather to old ATmega units

The "Arduino Uno WiFi v2" has supposedly been available for about a month.

I got my 4809 Xplained Pro back in July, and a couple 4809 Curiosity Nanos and 4808 IoT board in early November.

(though I guess those could have pre-production chips.)

Edit:  oops - you did ask about the xxx08 chips, didn't you?  Never mind!
