I'd rather say 'forget about 328' :) it's completely new architecture, more similar to XMEGA rather to old ATmega units

I got my 4809 Xplained Pro back in July, and a couple 4809 Curiosity Nanos and 4808 IoT board in early November.
(though I guess those could have pre-production chips.)
