ICE reversed JTAG pins

Hello,

 

Sorry for crossposting but gues this thread is better and I don't know how to remove in the other thead

I'm supprised because I tested the GND pins (pin 2 and 10) to verify the pinout with a continuity tester and got no connection.  I got continuity on pin 1 and 9 (which should be SCK and MOSI)

 

This looks very strange to me. Could you confirm what is written on the cable and manual are correct. How two GND pins cannot be connect ....

I guess I missing something, thanks

The pins on the ICE board seem to be reversed from memory but the cable (also reversed??) fixes things.

 

So if you have a standard JTAG header on YOUR board you will have no problems.
