I have downloaded both WinAvr and AvrStudio, latest versions.
What to install first so I can make new C language project in AvrStudio?
Tnx!

It doesn't matter what you install first, as long as both are installed.
Check in the tutorial section of these forums, I think it was ABCMINIUSER who made a nice tut on using winavr with avrstudio.. check that out

Not to be a pick but... I find it a little ironic that it was EW that wrote this in the sticky about posing in this forum. You should check out the suggested reading.
1. Please note that the best way to get useful answers on the AVR GCC Forum is to follow some simple guidelines found in a tutorial written by Eric S. Raymond et al., How To Ask Questions The Smart Way:

I apologize if I said something wrong. I don't mean purposely.
I probably shouldn't have picked. It just annoys me when people post with abbreviations like th'r txtng thr frnds on celphn. ;)
On the other hand I (we) use acronymns all the time; just RTM and IIRC you will see an acronym for every register and bit.
IMHO a "thank you" sounds more sincere and professional than "Thnx"
Dear EM and bnemec!
I am very rarely on forums, so I apologize once more for my rude post.
But, I was unfamiliar with this great document.
I have read it, and it's make me to thing about my behave on future posts. I will try to follow this guidelines as much as possible.
Thank you.
Thank you mbruck, for taking the time to read the references. Obviously you are a level headed person. I'll remember your name and, for what it's worth, will try to help out if I can next time I see you post a question.
bnemec
it does not a matter.
