I am working with Atmel Studio 7 and do not see Percepio AB anywhere in Atmel/Studio/Extensions. I'm having this problem constantly and cannot get any work done as a result. Any ideas?

So you have a different version of studio, and don't have the plugin which appeared to be the cause of this - so what makes you think it's the same problem?
