I think this is an AVR Studio thing, and not so much part of the GCC plug in. When working with a C project I can open source and header files by double clicking on them in the browser window (defaults docked to the left side of the screen.) I hope I don't sound like I'm complaining, but why can't I open any of the external dependencies in the same manner? Am I doing something wrong, or is this for whatever reason not supported. Not a big deal, but could save me some time browsing for these files as I'm trying to learn what's in them.

I do thank the developers for a great user friendly file browser that will outline external dependencies even though they are indirectly included. Again, not trying to complain, just wanted to check it out. Thank you.

Hi bnemec.

It is the intention that these files should be possible to open with a double-click.
However, I see the same issue as you when I install WinAVR to e.g. 'Program Files' or a directory with a spaces in its name.

Thank you torleifs. I'm a dupe for not finding the thread you linked to while I was searching.

I looked at the workarounds, but I think I will just be glad that I have a free IDE with GUI and GCC plugin that I like, even with a couple little bugs. I rather that than have no IDE at all!

Thanks.
