Bitmask in a recursive function maybe?

Are there really people in the world who don't know what lies between 7 and 11?
Let's hope they are never faced with something like this...

THat clock in the OP looks like the ones they have in my sons elementary school. They are learning to tell time on analog clocks and some kids do indeed have trouble identifying where the hour hand actually is, so I would give kids a pass on it.
Now I know some adults who also cannot figure this out.....I shall remain silent on my opinion on that.

Creative solution!
Will the pole with the logo be repainted when someone decides that the clock should be mounted such that a line through 12 and 6 should be perpendicular to the floor?

My partner and I were to look at tickets and point attendees to the correct door.
The doors were labelled, so looking at the tickets should have been the hard part.
My partner had difficulty.
Looking at the tickets was not the problem.
With some effort, I discovered that the problem was A-H, I-P and Q-W.
She couldn't fill in for the -'s.
I would guess about 10:07 or 10:08

For me, the image in OP has been replace: no automatic alt text available.
Likewise
It's an 'img' HTML tag that links to an image external to AVRfreaks. The image has probably been deleted at that external site.
How did I tell? I use Chromium as a browser (but it should work equally well in Googles Chrome, which has the same code base). I right-click on the link and choose Inspect. New panes opens in the browser showing the HTML behind the page you're looking at, with the img element highlighted. There you can see the URL for the image:
https://scontent.flhr2-1.fna.fbc...
(Other browsers have corresponding "inspect" functionality.)
If you browse to that URL (copy that URL and paste it into the browsers address line, or just click my link above), you get

If you're curious, you could of-.course go on and try to find out what "fbcdn.net" really is, but I'm stopping here fairly sure that the "fb" is "FaceBook". I don't go near that unless you threaten me with a taser. (And I suspect that "cdn" is the usual "Content Delivery Network".)
So, likely: Either the image has been deleted, or the "meta-link" to it has been removed/invalidated.
If you want to be sure an image will be visible in a thread in the future - copy it and upload it to 'freaks, rather than linking to an external site.

Yes - I saw that.
