Hi folks :D

have a strange problem with my Butterfly, I use Ponyprog for programming and today i got a message from ponyprog that says:"device missing or unknown device" with 3 options: retry, abort, ignore.

the strange thing is; if I click ignore, ponyprog programms the device and it works with my new code.
at first i throught that the code may be old from the device. so I changed my code an it works, too.

the question is, if there is any possibility to solve the device unknown problem?

Thanks

Personally, if you click 'ignore' and the Butterfly programs, then you don't have a problem. There is probably a minor bug with PonyProg, but since you can 'ignore' it, why worry about it?

Hi smiley, the problem is, that I even dont have any possibilities to change fusebits, because the device cant be found....I have tried Basecom, ICCavr, and ponyprog....same problem everywhere.
Funny thing: if I use JTAG ICE and IAR-workbench for some debug reasons... it dont have any problem with the butterfly, that can not be recongnized under ponyprog..
