hi

Recently I happened to write a Bootloader for ATXmega128A1 and I used BOOTRST fuse to start from Boot Section and then with a simple logic it goes to Application Section.

I did it very good and after that I decided to focus on my application so I wrote back the fuse to it's previous state for starting from Application Section and program the base

application to Application Section . It was the time I faced to the problem :

When I reset the power source the device could not start from Application Section. Surprisingly when I decided to read fuses with the JTAGICE MKII programmer then the device

starts. I did not change any fuses and just with reading it the device starts.

Where is the problem ?

Hi!

Does this happen consistently (after every reset it freezes, after every fuse read it starts)?

Does it freeze after power-up or reset only?

"Reset the power source" means to turn off, wait then turn on?
