i want know what happen when a pin .for example pin 7 port e triggered by enent system.

From Manual:

 

An event normally lasts for one peripheral clock cycle, but some event sources, such as a low level on an I/O pin, will generate events continuously. Details on this are described in the datasheet for each peripheral, but unless otherwise stated, an event lasts for one peripheral clock cycle.

thank you mr keynegad but i dont know when a timer creat a event in pin on port e what happen for pin ? is pin set .or clear .or toggle .?

what happen for pin

It outputs a pulse that is one peripheral clock cycle wide.  If you want the TC to do something different, why not use the CMP channels on the TC directly and leave the Event System out of the picture.
