Digikey has the 128x64 OLED from Pictiva (OSRAM).

They are too small to my preference. I look at your post earlier and like the one you have (Delta Opto PLED 128x64) but could not find any online seller. Maybe you can share some info on where you got your display.

Pacific Display Devices has a similar PLED that you have. I called them and was tole the min sample order is 5 for $26/piece but they only take PO (Purchase Order) :(

Crystalfonts has no graphic PLED/OLED.
Yes, Digikey has two 128x64 types parallel and serial (not much)
I have to check Pacific.
LCD have slow responstimes.

Here I found the PLED 128x64. (down)
I think I will try the monochome Pictiva. (greyscale 4bit)

I got one of the Adafruit 128x64 OLED leds 1.3" diag, but I dropped it and broke it, and they are backordered on that size, but they have a 0.96" 128x64 on the site.
