Hey guys im wondering if i could program 5x ATMEGA48A at once, we have in work this prints in 10 000 Batch and like 60 000 per year, and i would like to make me this work easier. How should i connect them together can it be done with JTAG ICE mk II? Thanks.

i would like to make me this work easier.

Have the distributor pre-program them for you.

Also, it is quite likely that the board house building this volume has a method to program them "on the line" before placement.

IMO "gang programming" of AVR8 is fraught with pitfalls.  While it certainly is possible to issue multiple ISP commands to more than one target, what are you going to do about capturing multiple return values and verify that everything is going swimmingly?

Are you going to use ISP or debugWire?  Hmmm--if ISP, I suppose one could enhance e.g. the Arduino ISP app, and run it on an Arduino Mega with a '1280.  Then I suppose you could do more than one at more-or-less the same time and perhaps show success/failure with a simple row of red/green LEDs?  (and probably a display for details?)

You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig.

I've never met a pig I didn't like, as long as you have some salt and pepper.

I read a post on the sparkfun.com website showing how they ganged programmed all of their M328's using multiple ISPmkII's and DOS batch files.   I don't know if it is still available on-line or not, I would ask them if you can't find it.

Get five of my programmers and run them all at the same time...
